I love the communication, they text you as soon as it’s ready so you aren’t waiting or having to guess if it’s completed or not. They took care of 3 of my watches in a reasonable time frame. What I love even more is the lifetime adjustments.

Michael was my tech who changed the batteries on my 3 watches. He was friendly professional and courteous. I was impressed with the level of service I received. I have a Tissot Chronograph Divers Watch and I was concerned that they didn't have the correct battery, but Michael did. He explained what he was going to do and the warranty on the battery as well. After he changed the battery, he steamed the watch and wiped it clean. All I can say is, "IMPRESSIVE"! So I gave him 2 other watches to change batteries as well. It was a little high, but with the professional service I received, I'm making FAST-FIX my go to company for watch and jewelry repairs. Thanks Michael!
