The process was swift!!! The two gentlemen that serviced me were very kind, communicative and very thorough. I went in to have my battery replaced and was out of there in less than 20 minutes. They’re also very affordable

Was helped by the manager who was very nice and fast. He set the time on my G-Shock. A feat that neither I, nor the other watch guy who put a new battery in could achieve. Great service! I learned my lesson. I will gladly drive across town to have them do any future fixes.

The fast-fix watch store located in the wolfchase mall are the guys & girls to see when you want any jewelry or watches and especially for any repairs or refurbishing they did an amazing job with my watch and movement

I love the communication, they text you as soon as it’s ready so you aren’t waiting or having to guess if it’s completed or not. They took care of 3 of my watches in a reasonable time frame. What I love even more is the lifetime adjustments.
