I have a Citizen eco-drive that I have owned for 12 years that finally quit charging. I took it in and they immediately diagnosed the issue. 1 day later I had a perfectly functioning and cleaned watch that looked brand new. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the customer service. Highly recommended!

I went 15 minutes before closing and was willing to return to pick up a watch battery replacement. They were very courteous and fixed promptly, since no cleaning required on my type watch!
