The service was professional and fast. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my go to for watches and jewelry issues.

I have an older battery operated watch that stopped working. I took it to Fast Fix to have it checked. The first step was to replace the battery, but it still did not work. When the watch was assessed, they determined that the movement needed to be replaced. I took approximately four weeks to repair due to having to order the movement. The cost of the battery was deducted from the total cost of repair which seems like a good deal. The battery has a five year warranty, with a one year warranty on the repair. I cost me less to repair the watch than to buy a new one.

Repair was fast and even below the estimated time given. Great customer service and open and honest in their opinions on repair vs purchasing new jewelry. Thank you to the Opry Mills team. Great job!

I left my watch at the store for repair.
They called me from the store to let me know that I can order band and missing parts by myself and bring for them to the store, that way they saved me a lot of money. That’s so nice of them, everyone around is just looking how to charge you more money.

And after I brought band and everything they fix my watch for less than 5 minutes. Wow!
