Affordable, good customer service. All around great experience. I changed the battery on my watch, but could not get the back cover back on the watch. 15 minutes later they had me squared away.

The service was professional and fast. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my go to for watches and jewelry issues.

I have an older battery operated watch that stopped working. I took it to Fast Fix to have it checked. The first step was to replace the battery, but it still did not work. When the watch was assessed, they determined that the movement needed to be replaced. I took approximately four weeks to repair due to having to order the movement. The cost of the battery was deducted from the total cost of repair which seems like a good deal. The battery has a five year warranty, with a one year warranty on the repair. I cost me less to repair the watch than to buy a new one.

The staff at this location was very professional, friendly and prompt. I had a ring sized, it looks great, they shined it up for me and it only took a few hours. Would definitely recommend!!
