Excellent experience! No wonder they're called "Fast-Fix". I came to this place because my watch strap was too long. The attendant quickly noticed that I needed to remove 4 links and assured me the service would take no more than 10 minutes.

Just 6 minutes later, I received a message that my service was ready. Now it fits perfectly!

Another great thing is the lifetime warranty, which allows me to return as many times as I want to adjust my watch strap.

If you have that special or maybe heirloom watch that's needs attention to bring it back to life I highly recommend Fast Fix. They have repaired 4 of mine. They are fast, efficient and very reasonable. Great Job!

I had been to a few different jewelry stores looking for a new Movado watch band, with no luck. Every store wanted to send the watch off to Movado (or so they so.....). Stopped at Fast Fix Jewelry, not really expecting a different outcome, and left 10 minutes later with a new band on my watch. Price was reasonable, and I plan to do further business with Fast Fix.
